Description
Silix –covered  Round and flat bare wire are insulated with a double covering of glass fiber (SILIX)and impregnated with an epoxy (V155) modified polyesterimide(V180) or silicone

(V Si) based varnish

0.4 – 1.5 KV

Range of dimensions :

Nominal width : 2 to 22 mm

Advantages : Winding wire with excellent thermal and chemical resistance.

Description
Polyimid –film taped ,round or rectangular winding wirs , are  Aluminum and copper conductors wich are wrapped tightly with a polyimid-tape, coated on one or both sides with a FEP (teflon )- adhesive e.g.kapton FN , FCR or FWR

The Temperature Index of the insulation is 240
